A private advisory practice connecting capital, mandates, and counterparties across the Middle East, the CIS, and Europe. Senior operators only — discreet, conflict-free, and aligned with the principals we represent.
We work on the mandates that institutional desks cannot run, and that family offices will not run alone — across borders, regulators, and languages.
Bridge Capital Partners is a small advisory of four senior operators with backgrounds in M&A, strategic consulting, and financial advisory at global institutions. We sit on one side of the table — yours — and we are paid only when the mandate completes.
Our work is sector-agnostic but geographically deliberate: inbound capital from Gulf and CIS principals into European assets; European operators expanding into the regions we know; and cross-border transactions where local nuance decides the outcome.
We are not a platform. We are not a fund. We are four principals, a small network, and a phone line.
Discretion is not a marketing choice. It is the operating condition of the business.
Deal value advised across partner careers prior to BCP.
Senior-level experience per partner before joining the firm.
Middle East, the CIS, and Europe — one practice, no franchises.
No analysts. No associates. Every call returned by a principal.
Three regions, one practice — and the connective tissue between them.
Sovereign platforms, family conglomerates, and a new generation of regional principals deploying capital into Europe and Eurasia.
A network built over a decade advising principals on origination, structuring and exit across Central Asia and the Caucasus.
Counterparty access, regulatory familiarity, and a quiet way of being introduced where introductions still matter.
Where our networks are deep, our judgement is current, and the transactions are worth doing.

We don't only close transactions. For selected mandates, we step into the business twelve to eighteen months ahead of an exit and lift performance — quietly, measurably, and on terms the principal sets.
Interim CFO, COO, or General Manager embedded inside the business for six to eighteen months. Senior, calm, and accountable to the principal — not a consultant in a deck.
Margin programmes, organisational redesign, working-capital release, and disciplined capital allocation. We bring change-management muscle to the year before exit.
Modern tooling — data foundations, automation, and applied AI where it earns its keep. Used quietly, behind the scenes, to lift productivity and clean the operating picture.
The buyer who walks into a clean, well-run, well-instrumented business pays a different multiple. The work happens in the year before they arrive.
A small number of mandates, each personally led.
An introduction by a mutual party, a short call, and a written brief. We accept fewer than one in five enquiries.
A written engagement letter. A defined scope, a defined fee, and a partner-led team of two — no analyst layers.
Origination, structuring, diligence, negotiation. We sit on your side of the table and do not subcontract trust.
Documents signed, capital deployed, and a quiet handover. Our final invoice arrives only at close.
Every mandate is led personally by a partner from first call to close. We do not staff transactions. We do not subcontract trust. Four principals — and the long, deliberate networks each has built.
