The Mandate

We work on the mandates that institutional desks cannot run, and that family offices will not run alone — across borders, regulators, and languages.

Why this firm exists

Bridge Capital Partners is a small advisory of four senior operators with backgrounds in M&A, strategic consulting, and financial advisory at global institutions. We sit on one side of the table — yours — and we are paid only when the mandate completes.

Our work is sector-agnostic but geographically deliberate: inbound capital from Gulf and CIS principals into European assets; European operators expanding into the regions we know; and cross-border transactions where local nuance decides the outcome.

We are not a platform. We are not a fund. We are four principals, a small network, and a phone line.

A meeting in an old room

Discretion is not a marketing choice. It is the operating condition of the business.

  • Engagements covered by mutual non-disclosure.
  • Conflict checks before any introduction.
  • No press releases. No tombstones in lobbies.

IV.Service Offering

Service
Offering

Practical advisory split into two pillars: M&A (transaction execution) and Value Creation (hands-on operational uplift). Each pillar is organised into focused workstreams to deliver tangible improvements ahead of any strategic outcome.

I/ 02

M&A

Execution support and advisory across the transaction lifecycle — from valuation to diligence and deal construction that protects and amplifies value.

Valuation

Independent valuation, market benchmarking, and scenario modelling to set reference prices and credible upside cases.

FDD / CDD

Sell-side and buy-side financial and commercial due diligence to surface risks, opportunities, and the true value drivers ahead of a transaction.

Deal Structuring & Value Maximization

Transaction structuring, earn-outs, tax- and governance-aware documentation, and pre-exit value work that improves sale multiples.

II/ 02

Value Creation

Hands-on uplift programmes performed in the year before exit to improve margins, governance, and the operational picture for potential buyers.

Interim Leadership

Interim CFO/COO/GM embedded in the business to run operations and deliver accountable P&L improvements over 6–18 months.

Operational Uplift

Margin programmes, organisational design, working-capital optimisation and disciplined capital allocation to ready the business for exit.

Applied Intelligence

Data foundations, automation, and applied AI to raise productivity, tighten forecasting, and clean the operating picture for buyers.

The buyer who walks into a clean, well-run, well-instrumented business pays a different multiple. The work happens in the year before they arrive.

How We Engage

A small number of mandates, each personally led.

01

Introduction

An introduction by a mutual party, a short call, and a written brief. We accept fewer than one in five enquiries.

02

Mandate

A written engagement letter. A defined scope, a defined fee, and a partner-led team of two — no analyst layers.

03

Execution

Origination, structuring, diligence, negotiation. We sit on your side of the table and do not subcontract trust.

04

Close

Documents signed, capital deployed, and a quiet handover. Our final invoice arrives only at close.

VI.The Partners

Senior operators.
No analysts.

Every mandate is led personally by a partner from first call to close. We do not staff transactions. We do not subcontract trust. Four principals — and the long, deliberate networks each has built.
